First we talk winches- servo vs. bumper mount. How to build them, what to buy, who to buy from, upgrades to your current winch and more. Then we move into some really touchy territory, and discuss online interaction with businesses, customers, businesses calling other businesses out online and more. We talk about what are the appropriate channels for handling customer service issues, how being nice gets you further in the hobby, etc. We shed a lot of light on what it is to be a small business navigating social media, and people's expectations vs. reality.
