Talking about trademarks. My logo is in the process of being trademarked so I effectively have that trademark from the date of first request until abandoned or issued. But it's amazing to me how many people have taken my logo and change so very little of it to try to make it their own so to speak. And then they post it online as if its original artwork. After some brief conversations things get cleared up but what a pain in the ass
